Great in summer: Many hikes around, hotels give you the Lech card So you can use buses and cable cars free ! Many good restaurants too!

Great skiing and good bus connections. Make sure you check the bus maps and timetables - you'll find runs which end up somewhere without a lift might be served by a bus.
